Social Security Disability
The Social Security and Supplemental Security Income Disability Programs are the two largest of several Federal Programs that provide assistance to millions of American people with disabilities. While these two programs are different in many ways, both are administered by the Social Security Administration and only individuals who have a disability and meet medical criteria may qualify for benefits.
If you or a loved one have a physical or mental disability and are unable to fulfill the capacities of a conventional job, or are unable to effectively provide to cover your expenses, you may be able to apply for benefits.
Since each situation is different, it is best to contact a trained professional who can help you decide which kind of claim best suits your unique needs.
